The finished product was exactly as agreed and a follow up email from Amtrim was received with useful information regarding the maintenance of the new cover.
Though I could have gone to other companies who might have been cheaper., the quality and design provided by Antrim is worth every penny paid
In summary: a fantastic surprise to find a first class company, hidden in the beautiful Lancashire countryside.
In the workshop, I could see a great deal of what was being worked on and particularly a large cover. The stitchwork was beautiful to behold and filled me with confidence, as did the whole approach of the Amtrim personnel.
After my visit, during which I was able to examine the materials available and told the full pros and cons of each by David, Amtrim gave us full support in making our decisions and placing our order. During the process from order to completed cover, James and Joanne kept us fully informed and it was delivered earlier than expected.
James was quick and efficient in fixing it and gave us much good advice on caring for it - also reminding us that there is full advice available on the website and by phone.
There was a slight hiccup when I asked where the window covers were, but the reaction was instantaneous. James called the office and ascertained they should be there, took the cover off and returned a few days later with the finished article.
The whole experience has been a pleasure and the end result is exactly what we wanted. You always hope it will look good - it's a delight when it looks better than good.
Amtrim are professional, skilled, committed, accommodating, very mindful of the fact that customers may want support after the cover is fitted and paid for, and very willing to provide it.
They may not be the cheapest, but you certainly receive value for money - with a cherry on top :)
