Canvas covers are used for many applications on sailing boats so to offer maximum protection to the boat and its equipment they must be able to stand up to the elements and be breathable, therefore the fabric of choice is generally either Acrylic Canvas or Weathermax80 Marine Polyester.
Common cover types include Spray Hoods, Cockpit Enclosures, Mainsail Covers, Stack Packs, Mast Boot, Boom Tent, Binnacle Covers, Winch Covers and Dodgers.

"Weathermax 80" was the fabric of choice for this pair of mast up covers. Being lightweight yet extremely strong this breathable fabric offers ultimate protection and ease of use for large all-over type boat covers.
